These barrels impart a softer sweetness and enhance notes of fruit and spice.  Presented at 110.4 proof, the result is a smooth, flavorful whiskey that's a unique twist on our classic Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.  Discover the difference Chinkapin Oak makes." 

Aroma: "A rich aroma of mulled cherries, raisins, clove, and nutmeg; sweet leather and toasted oak."
