Our Notes:

Rested in a glen cairn for 15 minutes 

Nose: Big Red chewing gum, candied pecans, cinnamon, all spice, clover honey, toffee, 

Palate: Thick and creamy as it hits the mid palate, toffee, dark chocolate, clove, dried cherry, roasted nuts

Finish: long and returning, Madagascar vanilla, fresh ground black pepper, baking spices
