Winemaker Notes: 

"Trousseau Gris is a rare, near extinct cultivar from the Jura region of France.  It is a naturally pink-colored grape and with substantial structure.  We are using low intervention winemaking procedures and not filtering the wine.  We ferment the juice with the skins and age it in neutral vessels to retain the pure varietal character of this uncommon grape."
