"A true standout, and that’s down to the distillate and casks it’s aged in. The outcome of a minimum of 12 years maturation in exclusively first fill, flame-charred Bourbon casks. Triple distilled and 100% single malt. Crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. An outstanding award-winner, picking up gold medals from Ireland to USA and everywhere in between."
Tasting Notes:
Nose: "Vanilla and cinnamon, with autumn fruits and granola."
Palate: "Full-bodied with more vanilla and some black pepper and oatmeal."
Finish: "Strong then soft, with lingering notes of fudge and cream."
