Distiller Notes: 

"A wealth of golden caramel, with wood-filled notes of nut, and roasted toffee.  A delicious balance of honey, roasted nuts, and hints of sweet apple, followed by a warmth of spice to excite the palate.  An elegant, lingering finish that dances between pot-spice and sweetness.  

Every precious drop of Drumshanbo Single Malt Irish Whiskey has been triple distilled at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney.  Distilled using malted Irish barley that lends an elegant, fully body and depth to this Single Malt Irish Whiskey.  Aged in single use Kentucky bourbon casks hand selected by Head Distiller, Brian Taft, to lend an intriguing balance of vanilla and wood spice."
