"A fine, gently aromatic, medium- to full-bodied wine. It’s dry, with a good sense of freshness, but no great concentration. Primarily apricot notes, with nectarine and some subtle citric nips. Very drinkable, if slightly lacking in generosity compared to a classic Condrieu. All aged in amphora, some in larger sizes now."

"The 2023 Condrieu Vernillon unfurls with zesty lemon flesh, yellow apple, grapefruit and a touch of apricot.  Crisp and refreshing, the medium-bodied 2023 finishes with saline dimensions on the uplifting finish.  Enjoy this lively Condrieu upon release."
