Russell’s Reserve “Paddy’s Day” Single Barrel - Non-Chill Filtered Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

It’s finally here! The long-awaited Russell’s Reserve Private Barrel Selection is in. End the year in style with this monster release. This bourbon was distilled on December 27^th, 2012 and Bottled on July 20^th 2021. It was aged in Warehouse F on the 4^th floor. We made this selection on St. Patrick’s Day 2021, hence the name. This is a powerhouse bourbon, with an unbelievable nose and intense powerful flavors.

Russell’s Reserve is the brainchild of Jimmy and Eddie Russell of Wild Turkey Distillery. These select barrels represent some of the best, whiskey these long-time industry vets produce.

Nose:

Bright red fruits; cherries, fresh raspberries. Hints of tobacco and crushed stone. A touch of Hay.

Taste:

Powerful and full-bodied. Intense flavors of cherry and oak. Nice long finish. Good weight. Classic Russell’s.
