Distiller Notes: 

"Young & Yonder Straight Bourbon is a four-grain high-malt recipe that creates a wonderful balance of grain, malt, and oak character. Our Bourbon is aged in 30-gallon new charred American oak barrels for over two years and is non-chill filtered. Each batch is less than 500 bottles and is slowly proofed down to 93 with our four times filtered water. The result is a well-balanced, easy to drink west coast bourbon." 

Appearance: Rich amber 

Aroma: Maple, vanilla, fresh apples 

Taste: Toasted oats, graham cracker, maple syrup 

Finish:  Warm honey, mild cinnamon
