"A blended whisky born from the pursuit of balance, finished brilliantly with the spring water of Mt. Daisen. Aged exclusively in 1st fill, ex-bourbon barrels, this blended whisky displays notable structure, spice, and citrus peel. Perfect for sipping and mixing." 

Tasting Notes: 

"Tottori 1st Fill Bourbon Cask Blended Whiskey is a sourced whiskey blended and matured by the Kurayoshi Distillery. Named for the Tottori region where Kurayoshi is located, Tottori whiskies are aged in a variety of re-used white oak casks, with this particular expression seeing time in 1st fill, ex-bourbon casks and new American oak barrels. Significantly bolder than the flagship Tottori Blended Whisky, the bourbon cask aging is immediately apparent on a nose brimming with roasted corn, cherry, and pear. The palate is spicy and oily with even more roasted corn along with peanut, ginger, and oak. Perfect for sipping and mixing, this drinks more like a bourbon than you’d expect and makes a fantastic Julep with fresh shiso leaves."
