"Bringing your nose to the glass and your olfactory is treated to caramel and vanilla layered on herbal and floral notes. The mouthfeel starts oily but finishes dry. On the palate you are treated to sweet caramel, vanilla, dusted in floral notes... finishing notes of oak and a lingering spiciness."

About the Distillery:

"For over 145 years the Willett family has been involved with Kentucky whiskey. In 1867 John David Willett was one-third owner of and master distiller at the Moore, Willett and Frenke distillery, located only a few short miles from where the family operates today. Willett Distillery is situated high on a hill, just on the outskirts of lovely Bardstown, Kentucky – the bourbon capital of the world and recently voted 'most beautiful small town in America' by USA Today and Rand McNally. We have been fortunate enough to have had many of our whiskies recognized as some of the finest in the American whiskey category."
