This great Virginia distillery gave us the oppurtunity to put together our own blend of their single malt whiskey. One third each of bourbon, french and sherry casks resulted in the perfect combination of texture, flavor and finish. The three components that make up any great whiskey!
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Nutty notes of sherry give way to cherry and raspberry and malted barley.
Palate: Creamy and smooth. Tons of malt and red fruits.
Finish: Long, pleasant fininsh. Very smooth, front to back.
Alcohol: 46%
