"A 2008 Inchgower single malt from independent bottler Signatory Vintage that was matured in a pair of hogsheads for 14 years, before being bottled in September 2022 as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection."

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: "Pain au chocolat, green oak and spiced, honeyed orchard fruits."

Palate: "Lemon curd and pear skin, with vanilla cream and a smidge of fresh kitchen herbs."

Finish: "Creamy malt and cinnamon butter."

Alcohol: 46%
