Distiller Notes: 

"One of our finest whiskies, for the truly discerning whisky drinker. Aged at least 9 years, a small number of barrels are selected by our distiller for their exceptional balance and delicacy and then blended together.These barrels hold our most precious, mellow George Dickel whisky at peak periods of maturation.  It's a big, rich, and exceptionally well-balanced whiskey."  

Tasting Notes: 

"The nose opens with floral, honey, vanilla, and citrus notes, as well as some prominent oak. There's a pleasant sweetness on the palate with fruity, vanilla, and oak spice notes. Finishes with lingering oak, and sweet notes, as well as a slight warmth."
