Tasting Notes: 

Nose: " A harmonious bouquet of rye spice and dried fruit, complemented by hints of honeysuckle and mint. Complex notes of dark chocolate and brown sugar emerge, with pronounced dried fruit notes of apricots and figs blending with delicate floral undertones and a subtle hint of charred oak." 

Palate: " An unexpectedly sweet profile for a rye whiskey, with traditional spice notes yielding to a harmonious medley of dark mint chocolate and toffee. Mid-palate, the spice notes return, enhanced by a touch of citrus zest, adding depth and complexity."
