Four Roses Private Selection 

ONE BOTTLE LIMIT PER CUSTOMER  

Four Roses uses 10 distinct recipes to create their bourbon whiskey. Different mash bills and yeast strains create several possible flavor profiles. Check out their website for an explanation of the different combinations here https://fourrosesbourbon.com/our-recipes/

The barrel we chose is 11 years 3 months old and is an OBSF recipe. This tyes last years OESF, as the oldest barrel we have chosen from Four Roses. Like last year this bourbon has aged beautifully! There is an extremely limited number of bottles available, so please limit your purchase to ONE BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER. Additional bottles will be refunded!

Our Observations: 

Nose: Intoxicating blend a spice, oak, vanilla and fruit.

Taste: Smooth and rich. Really coats the tongue after you let it breathe. Flavors develop and go on and on. A mixture of vanilla, herbs, oak. Hints of citrus. 

Alcohol: 56.9%
