The barrel we chose is 11 years 3 months old and is an OESF recipe. This is the oldest barrel we have chosen from Four Roses. It has aged beautifully. Mellow, smooth, complex, and mature. There is an extremely limited number of bottles available, so please limit your purchase to ONE BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER. Additional bottles will be refunded!

Our Observations: 

Nose: Gentle oak, vanilla, cherry, pear. Sage and tarragon and a touch of suede.

Taste: Smooth from front to back. Cherry, pear, and vanilla carry over from the nose. Hints of herbs and dusty oak.

Alcohol: 58%
