Distiller Notes: 
"Scotland's oldest bottler comes here with a 7 year old Bunnahabhain single malt whisky, malt matured in ex-bourbon casks. This Islay dram has a complexity beyond its years. The smokiness is present throughout – as are the coastal notes. The finish has a smooth and enjoyable oiliness" 

Tasting Notes: 
Nose: "Fresh pears wrapped in seaweed. Equal parts fresh barley sweetness with young phenolic peat. Medicine boxes and grilled snapper, with smoke opening up over time." 
Palate: "A garnishing squeeze of lemon over smoked tuna seasoned with white pepper.." 
Finish: "Slightly salty and sour, leaving memories of smoke and a zest of lemon." 
Alcohol: 46%
