"This cabernet is bright and full of energy. It is aromatically driven and puts on full display the beautiful minerality that this variety shows without the sheen of excessive ripeness or new oak. The wine displays aromatics of juicy red currant and exotic earthy spices of curry leaf, and carob powder. The bright acidity in the mouth unfolds into a lovely broad texture. This wine already tastes fully formed and delicious but will age extremely well."
