Winemaker Notes: 

"Intense yellow color.  Citrus nose, with hints of apple, grapefruit and milky notes; mineral.  Unctuous, fleshy in the mouth, with a pleasant mineral finish.  The true flagship of the winery. Pure distilled granite, bathed by the Atlantic squalls and the sun of a south-facing vineyard, and then refined with the notes provided by malolactic fermentation."
