"Fermented in whole bunches using native yeast and aged for 8 months in old Burgundy vessels, this 2023 Matassa Olla Blanc is made from organic and biodynamic grapes grown in clay-limestone soils. With an aromatic nose of hay, apple peel, spice, and flowers, this full-bodied wine boasts a ripe, salty minerality and a slightly dry finish."
