"The grapes are manually harvested and then placed in old, open tonneaux. They undergo a carbonic semi-maceration process for approximately one week before being pressed. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in steel continues for six months. Our wines are produced without biotechnology and undergo a wide filtration during bottling."
