"Living up to the name, this wine is spicy and floral, showing elements of Turkish delight, cardamom, honeydew melon, fresh pear, and sea spray on the nose. Big tropical fruits arrive in the mouth as starfruit, loquats, lychee, fresh strawberries and lime zest meld on the palate. The briny and earthy texture of this dry Gewürztraminer evokes carpaccio as the palate transitions with the fruit leaving a finish akin to a top-shelf margarita."
