"Our delicious and aromatic Easton Sauvignon Blanc is grown on specially-selected, rocky sites in the rolling Sierra Foothills Appellation at high elevation.  We use two distinctive clones of this grape to make a wine that is aromatic, dry, crisp and minerally.  Serve it icy cold as an apertif or with seafood and fowl.  Natoma means pure or crystalline."
