Winemaker Notes: 

"100% Chenin Blanc grown in a single vineyard bearing the same name over-looking the Loire river in Montsoreau.  80% fermented in temperature-controlled vats, 20% neutral oak barrel fermented.  Brilliant gold tinted color showing ripe cooked quince, citrus and bright acidity. Ripe, but showing nice grit and a large dose of minerals." 

Alcohol: 11-14%
