Winemaker Notes: 

"A masterpiece of technique and nature. The perfume is a mix of ripe red fruits, accompanied by a note of freshness, enhanced by the bubbles. In the mouth the perlage returns to tickle the tongue. Dry, the fruity notes accompany the wine also in the gustatory analysis, the freshness and effervescence are well balanced by a sensation of moderate heat and a light and non-aggressive tannin. Bruno Zanasi fades pleasantly, keeping its balance unchanged even after swallowing the last sip from the glass. Ultimately a balanced and fine product, worthy of expression of a territory that is relaunching itself while maintaining a strong link with tradition."
