"100% Chenin Blanc grown in a single vineyard located in Varrains.  50+ year old vines.  Fermented in 400L barrels. 20% new oak with regular stirring of lees.  Brilliant gold tinted color showing ripe cooked quince, citrus and bright acidity. Ripe, but showing nice grit and tension." 

Alcohol: 11-14%
