“The 2020 Beaujolais-Villages Le Perréon is another fine success, wafting from the glass with beautifully pure aromas of cherries, raspberries, plums and peonies. Medium to full-bodied, ample and succulent, with supple tannins and an enveloping core of juicy fruit, it’s refreshing and gourmand. This headturning bistro red is already drinking well.” 

Winemaker Notes: 

"From steep and high altitude vines, 50 years old on average, with many 75+ years old. Grown on decomposed rose-colored granite, organically farmed, and aged in tank and concrete.   Domaine de la Madone Beaujolais-Villages Le Perreon offers aromas of raspberries, cherry blossoms, minerals. Tangy, juicy yet refined, silky; flavors of red berries, baking spices."
