"Vermentino is a variety that needs no manipulation to be delicious. The nose is a river of bright and cooling sensations: lime pith, pomelo, lemon verbena and honeydew. This all comes through on the palate, along with a broad and mouthwatering acidity and a saline finish. It's really closer to a margarita than we'd care to admit. "
