"This wine is lush and lively, with aromas of yellow plum, Pink Lady apple, cinnamon and notes of jasmine tea on the nose. Flavors on the palate are crisp yellow apple, white peach and pink grapefruit. A fine mousse mid-palate conveys toasted almond slivers with layers of mineral, citrus and a mouthwatering, supple finish. Pair with seared day boat scallops."
