“Limpid straw-yellow. An incisive bouquet evokes fresh citrus and orchard fruits, melon and succulent flowers, and a chalky mineral nuance builds in the glass. Vibrant tangerine, Anjou pear and honeysuckle flavors are braced by a spine of juicy acidity. Delivers a solid punch but comes off lively, finishing long and floral, with firm, citrusy cut. Aged for 18 months on its lees.”

"Apple, clover and grassy aromas are supported by a nice underlay of yeast. On the palate, this is a touch soft and flat, with low acidity. Apple, nectarine and melon flavors finish clean and mellow."

"The Llopart family has been dedicated to viticulture since 1385 and to the production of cava since 1887. More than 125 years of experience support the quality of the organic family produced wines. La Heredad de Can Llopart de Subirats, located in Alt Penedés, Barcelona, is comprised of 235 acres of exclusively organic family owned vineyards. Planted on unique geologic formations, the mountain vineyards are located in a privileged microclimate at between 360 m. and 510 m. above sea level."
