"The grapes for our Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine come from our oldest Pinot Blanc parcels in Oberhausen. It impresses with its wonderful freshness, fine perlage and a complex variety of fruit aromas. Its slightly salty minerality gives it a balanced balance and allows it to cut a confident figure in any culinary environment. The grapes were harvested by hand and gently pressed using whole-cluster pressing. The first fermentation took place in an old double barrel and in the spring after the harvest, the classic bottle fermentation using the Méthode Champenoise was initiated. After 44 months of yeast storage in the winery cellar, the Blanc de Blancs was hand shaken and disgorged."
