"Produced only in magnums, this is an ultra-confidential cuvée, made from an old variety of Chardonnay called Melon à Queue Rouge.  A remarkable white with complexities that span from stony and floral aromas (jasmine, honeysuckle), with citrusy and fruity notes (lemon, quince, peach, pear), bergamot, and nutty flavors of hazelnut, cashew, herbs, and aniseed. On the palate, it is full-bodied, oily, and mineral."
