Winemaker Notes: 

"The 2018 Sierra Foothills Zinfandel is quick to begin with a beautiful fragrance of red flower potpourri, cherry preserves, light mocha, espresso bean and cola berry.  The palate is bold and broad with tongue-swirling flavors of dried cherry, currants, white pepper and hints of sweet tobacco.  The tannins are firm and held snugly in place with a lace-up of vibrant acidity. 

Rich and luxurious, featuring deep crimson color and aromas reminiscent of raspberry, and black pepper with subtle notes of vanilla and spice. Opulent texture, gentle acidity and savory blackberry flavors with a hint of velvety oak that lengthens the finish."
