"A full style of Vouvray the 2018 La Butte de Tresor has fine clarity of fruit flavors, including apple and pineapple. It's nicely structured with a grippy yet chalky texture and firm acidity pulsing through the wine, leading into a tangy and near-as-dammit dry conclusion with fine sinew. I'd love a little more concentration and length plus a plate of Mexican food with this wine – it screams for cilantro."
