Winemaker Notes: 

"Light gold in color with a delicate, abundant mousse.  Fresh and expressive nose combining notes of ripe fruit, mirabelle plum, and apricots. Aeration brings forth notes of honey and wild flowers.  Fresh and creamy with delicate notes of citrus fruits. The finish is long and lingering, with a lovely hint of minerality and some spiced notes."
