"A wonderful elegance and finesse, its subtle red cherry and berry notes feeling silky and refined as well as intensely fragrant.  A perfectly balanced non-dosé with exuberant red fruit aromatics and finesse and power throughout. 

For Dominique, “Efflorescence” refers to “something that evolves in perpetuity” or a slow unfolding. Starting with the evolution encouraged by the small oxygen exchange in barrel, she feels that this wine in particular will reveal itself over time and is particularly ageworthy."
