"Gonet's NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs 3210 is striking in its beauty. A layered, beautifully textured wine, the 3210 stands out for its pure class. The classic Mesnil Chardonnay and chalk notes are totally alive in a broad, large-scaled Champagne loaded with class and pedigree. The no dosage style works beautifully here. The 3210 is a blend of fruit from Mesnil and Montgueux (in the Aube), two very different but highly complementary terroirs."

"Gonet’s NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs 3210 is one of the more clenched wines in the lineup. This release is based on the 2007 vintage, and it shows quite a bit of focus and energy from the low dosage. Bright citrus and white floral notes flow through to the tense finish. Although quite pretty, the 3210 comes across as a bit severe in style today."
