Wine Maker Notes: 

"The 2021 vintage has a deep purple color that clings to the walls of the glass. The hues are youthful and have a magenta edge. Aromas of ultra-ripe dark fruits; blackberry, mulberry, and boysenberry marry with a bouquet of mocha, caramel, and patent malt to create scent that is tempting to nurse and return to throughout the evening. The flavors are rich and savory with loads of black currant and deeply toasted oak. The fully mature tannins help create a mouth-coating viscous texture and the acidity retain all fruit aromas and flavors."
