"Some of the vines here are over 70 years old. Even with a reticent, understated nose one can sense the energy and precision in this wine. There’s a lovely, creamy texture on the palate, with bright citrus notes and a long, lingering, savoury, mineral finish. A very fine example of Chablis which would compete very effectively against many a premier cru."
Wine Enthusiast, 91 Points
"Smoky, flinty notes suggest some reduction at first but open nicely to reveal green-plum and yuzu aromas. Sourced from a single vineyard of 30-year-old, organically farmed vines, it's a fresh, cutting lime and lemon sip with a long, delightfully chalky finish. The wine drinks well young but should hold through 2027."
Winemaker Notes:
"On the nose, notes of lemon, yellow fruits. The mouth is wrapped, balanced, and tangy. A specific wine while gluttony."
Alcohol: 13%
