Winemaker Notes: 

"Dark ruby in the glass the aromas of dried herbs (thyme, oregano) with ripe blackberry and plum notes typical of this vineyards personality. Berry flavors combine with toasty oak, pepper and a touch of vanilla. A long earthy finish with lasting fruit is simply elegant. Good acidity and soft tannins lead to great aging potential. Obviously this wine has no connection to a world famous British Special Agent. Its simply the name of a vineyard block Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon."
