"This block selection is 100% Wädenswil clone, 24% whole cluster fermented, and aged in 60% new French oak. It's a toasty, chocolatey wine, broadly fruity with plush strawberry and raspberry flavors that lead into a palate-drying wash of mocha and stem." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"This 100% Wädenswil clone release has an aromatic profile and palate of blueberry, violet and floral with hints of black tea and spice. It’s a beautiful wine in the tradition of our Block 7 releases of years past. Aged in 40% new French oak."
