"85% aged in Stainless steel and 15% aged in Acasia which gives a floral component. This wine is the perfect expression of the Italian style Vermentino grape. Bright and sophisticated. The very best white wine for food. Enjoy savory and slight hints of vanilla, white floral blossom, golden apple, apricot and citrus with a jasmine finish. Refreshing and cleansing. This grape is becoming more popular and has all of the qualities of a Sauvignon Blanc with a beautiful finish. It is one of the finest Italian white wines with origins from Sardinia and the Ligurian coastline. Excellent with oysters, clams, mussels, or a summer fresh salad. The wine is gentle, like a summer breeze off the Mediterranean. Drink now or up to 2 years."
