"Pale straw color in the glass. The nose is fresh and light with minerality notes. On the palate, notes of fresh citrus fruit, toast, minerality, crisp pear and white flowers.  6th generation family farm. Barrel fermented in neutral Burgundy barrels but defined by its acid content and ageability. Much more Chablis than Mersault in style this wine shows people what California Chardonnay can be."
