"Notions of straw, corn husk and earth show on the nose of this wine. These turn into pithy markers of texture on the dry, concentrated palate that has bitter citrus pithiness, but the desnsity destines this wine for the table. The finish is dry and clean." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"Aromas and flavors of white peach, pear, and white flowers. On the palate the wine is crisp, concentrated, and ripe with focus and grip, followed by a long, classically dry finish with mouthwatering salinity. This is a wine with plenty of personality."
