"Cool, airy and ultra-fresh aromas also freely display their notes of Granny Smith apples, white flower and wet stone. The super-sleek and almost painfully intense medium-bodied flavors brim with an almost aggressive minerality before concluding in a very dry, precise and lingering but not especially austere finale. This offers excellent quality for an Auxey villages and this too is recommended."
