"The 2020 Cru Albariño is a lovely example of how aging in stainless steel brings out the true essence of this wine. The fermentation enhances the natural fresh fruit characteristics found in Albariño, intensifying the zingy flavors of grapefruit and lemon. Bright acidity is prevalent throughout and beautifully balanced with notes of mango and slate that lead to the lemon-lime finish."

The ocean’s influence creates an unusually long growing season and allows the fruit in these vineyards to ripen to their full flavor while preserving their trademark lively acidity.
