Winemaker Notes: 

"This Chenin Blanc is gently dry, full of flavor and richness. Aged in stainless steel, on the lees, for 6 months, this wine presents aromas are of honey, pear, melon, and white flowers. On the mouth, it is rich and vibrant with flavors of lemon, white peach, stone. A slightly higher amount of acid in this wine tempers the level of sweetness detected in the mouthfeel, giving way to a nice dry finish. This wine is vegan and chemical-free."
