Long, very complex finish in which the smoke, floral and licorice character is tightly interwoven. Drink or hold."

"The 2022 Riesling Saarburger Rausch Kabinett has a spicy grapefruit notion on the nose, enticing and savory. The palate immediately adds white pepper and ripe, juicy peaches, almost verging into compote, while white grapefruit tingles with its spice. There is something lip-smacking about this. Very moreish, yet totally serious. Clarity, poise and length are astonishing. (Medium) Drink: 2025-2050."
