"This 80- year-old vineyard produces a tart and thirst-quenching wine, with bright fruits, lifted aromatics, and svelte fruit flavors, as well as tingly acidity. Carbonic maceration using native yeasts, and ageing for ten months contribute to this delightful blend, with its prominent notes of cherry, pomegranate, and white pepper."
