"An expressive bouquet of crisp apple, juicy pear, zesty citrus, and a whisper of toasted notes released by the fine bubbles.  Dry, fresh flavors with a rich finish that is well balanced with a touch of minerality.  Pale straw appearance with good mousse & fruit complexity. Earthy notes on nose with some creamy flavors. Non-alcoholic good quality wine."
